While most people assume that all of Canada is very cold they would be surprised to find that that is not the case everywhere. The Canada weather varies depending on where you are in the country and how closet you are to the oceans or the Arctic. Canada is a big country so the weather can be different from region to region. During the winter the country as a whole will experience an average temperature of 15 Celsius (5 Fahrenheit) but in some places that average low can drop below -40 Celsius (-40 Fahrenheit). Wind chills can also affect the temperatures that you will experience but in order to best understand the weather in Canada it is better to do so by looking at different cities.
